Gone fishing..

Went to my parents summer place in mid Sweden to chill for a few days. It turned out I got there just in time for the annual Crayfishing premiere! (well sneak preview at least)  Anyways after a hard nights work we pulled a bunch of these bad boys out of the lake! Once you´ve  cooked them after great great grandmas secret recipe they taste like heaven!

Norway but the other way.

When we weren´t jumping cliffs we did some serious boarding in the 20mph winds that seemed to like us. This is what it looked like, its not a beutiful sight but it sure was hella fun.

The best sandwich in La Suede.

On our pretty little island where we live we have one of swedens most beutiful cafe, beutiful view and a nice place to hang. We decided to go one day and try out the winner of the sandwich swedish championships and see if it was worth the gold. As the testers we had Hampus, Stefan and Maja just sando lovers no real experience.

Jennie Strömberg is the name of the girl that came up with it.
This is what the beuty looked like.

Hampus says - Not so stoked about it, mostly dry bread and not a good sando, i would way rather eat my homemade ones with cheese and kalles.

Stefan says - Not sure why it won gold. Good combination of flavours but the bread is dry as a bag of oatrolls so it shouldnt have anything to do with the top sandos in sweden.

Maja says - With such impressive substance i have to say it didnt fulfill my dreams. The biggest disappointment was the bread, it gave me nothing and it was dry. The substance in the sando even got some "wetspots" around the edges which reminded me of my childhood lunchbox in school. Anyhow, the substance was perfect but i do think the combo was just a big "jämtländskt" bragg about how much good food we have in the northern part of sweden. My sum up would be that its not the best one. Because when i ate it, it didnt really "fuck me in the mouth" so to speak. It was a sandwich, not much more. I did have to go back and try it again though but i would never take a friend there that is travveling by.

No big deal, bigger than Tiger Woods!

Me and my friend Mikael just got as big and famous as Tiger Woods, no big deal. We are in the new issue of Svensk Golf (Swedish Golf) which is the worlds biggest golf magazine. Good day at Storsjöbygdens GK. Jakob hooked us up, we could almost call him my new manager.
